New Single Phase AC Power Sources for ATE
Irvine, California, May 4th, 2015 -- Pacific Power Source announces the release of two new ADX model precision programmable AC power sources at power levels of 1000VA and 1500VA. Both models feature a high power density design and share the same feature set. That means only 3.5” / 2U of rack space is required for automated test equipment (ATE) applications.
Pacific Power’s National Sales Manager, Eric Lord, was quoted as saying: “The new, compact and cost-effective ADX Series provides an economical solution for our customers seeking to lower their test equipment costs while not compromising on performance and quality.” He continuous: “The ADX power sources offer the most commonly requested functions and full programmability for both bench use and for ATE applications.”
All ADX models feature active power corrected AC inputs with universal wide input voltage range so they can be deployed anywhere in the world. Voltage, frequency and current limit are all programmable and a total of 99 non-volatile setups can be stored for quick recall as part of a test protocol, reducing remote control overhead.
Other features and capabilities include a 15Hz to 600Hz frequency range, dual 150Vac and 300Vac RMS voltage ranges, programmable current limit, and compatibility with Pacific Power’s UPC Studio Windows control software. All this capability is easily controlled by the user through either the intuitive front panel with 160 character display.
All ADX models are now available for immediate delivery.
